On December 26, 2019, the head of the environmental bureau "KOSMOS" Koroleva E.B. took part in a meeting of the Environmental council on environmental protection under the Government of St. Petersburg.
The meeting discussed the implementation of the regional project "Preservation of unique water bodies" and the regional project "Formation of an integrated system of solid municipal waste management" within the framework of the national project "Ecology"in 2019.
The meeting also discussed the issues of holding the XX International forum "Ecology of the big city" and the international environmental forum "Baltic sea Day" in 2020.
The results of international cooperation projects under the cross-border cooperation Program 2014-2020 will be presented at the forum.

On December 20, 2019, Cata3Pult, BBC1 and Get ready project partners met at the office of Eco-Express Service LLC.
All three projects are part of the cross-border cooperation Program "South-East Finland-Russia 2014-2020".
The participants of the project teams confirmed their intention to join forces to achieve the planned results of each project within the framework of the ENI program.

On december 11, employees of the environmental bureau "KOSMOS", Green Net Finland, representatives of the city of Lappeenranta and ITMO University (experts) took part in the meeting of the project partners.
We discussed preparations for the international forum "Ecology of the big city".

On december 11, 2019, employees of the environmental bureau "KOSMOS", NP «City homeowners association St.Petersburg» and Green Net Finland participated in the annual meeting of the cleantech cluster for urban environment (Saint-Petersburg Cleantech Cluster for urban environment).

Employees of the environmental bureau "KOSMOS" and association of environmental partnership (AsEP) took part in the annual event of cross-border cooperation Programme "Russia – South-East Finland 2014-2020", which is an important platform for increasing visibility and awareness, capacity building, promotion of achievements of funded projects and demonstrate the value of cross-border cooperation to stakeholders and all those involved in the implementation of projects. The event was held at ITMO University for two days, december 10 and 11.
The event provided information on the contribution that the Program and projects make to improving the socio-economic development of the border regions. Examples of best practices of cross-border cooperation project management were presented, as well as new ideas for improving the efficiency of communications and information on what exactly should be implemented by projects in 2018-2022 with the support of joint funding from the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland.
For project partners, both days of the event were full of events and trainings on project implementation. On the first day there were trainings on communication, promotion and project management, as well as an information seminar on the sixth qualifying round of project proposals with the closing date of applications on February 27, 2020.

The second day includes thematic sessions on partnerships, project development and sustainable results, as well as a main formal session with representatives of funders and decision-makers, the public and the media.

On December 3, 2019, employees of the environmental bureau "Kosmos" took part in a visit to the city of Helsinki. The main purpose of the visit is to participate in the seminar, which was held at the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
