On October 1, 2019 Association for Environmental Partnership (AsEP) announces a competition for the selection of an independent and qualified external controller (auditor) for the BBC1 project of the Russia-South-Eastern Finland cross-border cooperation Program CBC 2014-2020.

Requirements for Suppliers:
- qualification for compliance with the requirements for the selection of an independent and qualified external controller (auditor) in accordance with the requirements specified in the documents of the Program of cross-border cooperation "Russia-South-Eastern Finland" CBC 2014-2020:
Documents of the CBC program Russia-South-Eastern Finland;
Documents for reporting and auditing projects that have received funding.
- work experience and relevant certificates for audit of international projects.

Three (3) annual audits should be conducted by the following dates: September 2020, September 2021 and January 2022.

On september 30, 2019 meeting of the public Council of St. Petersburg Committee for nature use, environmental protection and ecological safety of St. Petersburg took place the presentation of international projects Cata3Pult and BBC1, and discussion participation in their implementation.

On September 26, 2019 in Mikkeli (Finland) took part in the inception workshop of the BBC1 project was held with the participation of representatives:
Mikkeli Development Miksei Ltd;
South-Eastern University of Applied Sciences;
Saint-Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics;
Association for Environmental Partnership (AsEP).

The main objective in the inception workshop is to determine the work plan for 1 year to solve mathematical and management issues for the project.
